Membership

Further to the Annual General Meeting of 11^th November 2023, Gaam members have voted and agreed to the need to increase our membership fees.

The Membership Fee has increased to £25 per person aged 18 and over. A reminder that this is a mandatory membership fee.

The committee will follow a 3 missed payments rule: If 3 years of membership fees are not paid then their names will be removed from the mailing list, resulting in no invites being sent to attend organised events.

Membership can be reinstated and invites can be resent once overdue fees are paid up in full.

All gaam members are encouraged to pay their fees and also encourage their family members to do the same.

Also sending proof of payment to our treasury team by email; membership@samatra.org. (Receipts are only issued on request)

Support our community by contributing towards the running of the community and all our events.

Your help will ensure that we can continue to hold our memorable events such as Sporting activities, Diwali Milan and our big Annual Summer Mela.

Our young and inspiring committee is also working hard to organise future functions such as Trips, Dinner & Dances, and other social evenings.

Without your loyalty and generosity, we would struggle to bring you these exciting fun filled events each year.

Member Details

As always the directory features contact details of all registered members of Shree Samatra Leva Patel Community (UK). We are now collecting email addresses and mobile numbers too, so if you wish to have this information included in the directory please notify us for future update releases.

If you wish to update your Gaam details, you can do so by emailing membership@samatra.org (Clearly stating ‘Details Update’ as the subject).

Please remember to clearly state your membership number, existing details and new details or amendments. This will ensure that the right members details are being updated.
